Prices and Payment Methods

All orders are considered confirmed only after we receive confirmation of payment.

All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include value added tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated.

Prices are valid at the time the order is placed. WMC d.o.o. reserves the right to change prices and offers without prior notice; however, such changes do not apply to already confirmed and paid orders.

Shipping costs are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated that shipping is free (e.g., for orders above €250.00 within the Republic of Croatia).

Payment is possible via:

Credit and debit cards (MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, and Diners)
Other payment methods available in the store

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered during purchase.

Card payments are processed through the secure CorvusPay system. More information is available in the Online Payment Security section.

ONLINE – Webshop Purchase (Republic of Croatia Only)

One-time payment in the webshop is available with most credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, and Diners.

All orders are considered confirmed only after payment confirmation is received. Product prices are clearly displayed and include all relevant taxes and fees.

Please note that certain payment methods may be available only in specific situations or for certain types of products. Details of available payment methods will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

*Credit or debit card payments are made in a single transaction, and the entire process is carried out in accordance with the highest card security standards. For protection purposes, cardholder authentication is performed via a 3D Secure security code or token issued by the cardholder’s bank.

*For card payments, the customer’s account is charged immediately without delay (applies to Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa Premium, and Diners cards).

Payment by Offer – Bank Transfer / Online Banking

*Payment can be made via bank transfer or online banking.

The order will be processed once the payment has been recorded in the seller’s account.

Cash on Delivery – Cash Payment Upon Delivery (Republic of Croatia Only)

If you choose cash on delivery, the order amount is paid in cash to the courier upon receipt of the shipment at the specified delivery address.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the delivery service will leave a notice of attempted delivery.

Security of Online Payment

While conducting payments on our web shop you are using CorvusPay – an advanced system for secure acceptance of credit cards on the Internet.

CorvusPay system ensures complete privacy of your credit card data and personal data from the moment you type them into the CorvusPay payment form. Data required for billing is forwarded encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your payment card. Our store never comes into contact with your sensitive payment card data. Similarly, CorvusPay operators cannot access your complete cardholder data. An isolated system core independently transmits and manages sensitive data while at the same time keeping it completely safe.

The form for entering payment data is secured by an SSL transmission cipher of the greatest reliability. All stored data is additionally protected by hi-grade encryption, using hardware devices certified by FIPS 140 2 Level 3 standard. CorvusPay fulfills all of the requirements for safe online payment prescribed by the leading credit card brands, operating in compliance to the PCI DSS Level 1 standard – the highest security standard of the payment card industry. Payments made by cards enroled with the 3-D Secure program are further authenticated by the issuing bank, confirming your identity through the use of a token or a password.

All information collected by Corvus Pay is considered a secret and treated accordingly. The information is used exclusively for the purposes for which they were intended. Your sensitive data is fully secure and it’s privacy is guaranteed by the state of the art safeguard mechanisms. We collect only the data necessary for performing the work in accordance with the demanding prescribed procedures for online payment.

Security controls and operating procedures applied within the CorvusPay infrastructure not only ensure current reliability of CorvusPay but permanently maintain and enhance the security levels of protecting your credit card information by maintaining strict access controls, regular security and in-depth system checks for preventing network vulnerabilities.
