Delivery Terms and Conditions

Delivery of products ordered via the webshop is available exclusively within the Republic of Croatia.

Within the Republic of Croatia, customers may choose from the following delivery methods:

  • Delivery to the specified address via a contracted delivery partner
  • Personal pickup by prior arrangement

The delivery fee within the Republic of Croatia is €12.00 per order, regardless of the delivery location. For orders exceeding a total amount of €250.00, delivery is free of charge. The delivery fee is automatically calculated and displayed to the customer before order confirmation.

If personal pickup is selected, no delivery fee is charged. Personal pickup is available only upon prior confirmation of the appointment by the seller.

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the provided information. The seller shall not be liable for failed delivery or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

Delivery is carried out via a contracted delivery partner, with products appropriately packaged to ensure protection during transport.

Deliveries Outside the Republic of Croatia

Direct purchase and automatic calculation of delivery costs via the webshop are not available for addresses outside the Republic of Croatia.

Customers with delivery addresses outside the Republic of Croatia may submit an inquiry by email. Based on the received inquiry, the seller will prepare an individual offer including the product price, delivery cost, and other relevant terms. The offer will be sent to the customer by email.

For orders outside the Republic of Croatia, payment is available exclusively via bank transfer. The sales contract is considered concluded at the moment the seller records the payment according to the issued offer.

Orders can be shipped only to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

The seller reserves the right to refuse delivery to countries not explicitly listed and the right to amend the list of countries to which delivery is available.

Delivery Time

After receiving the order, the customer will be informed about product availability and the estimated delivery time. In exceptional cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or shipment retention by the delivery service.
