Instructions for submitting a complaint
In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette 41/2014), you can send your complaint by email to reklamacije@wmc.com.hr or in writing to:

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, we will respond to your complaint in the same manner in which the complaint was submitted to us, within 15 days of receiving the complaint. Otherwise, the Buyer may contact the State Inspectorate or the Consumer Protection Association.
Conditions for returning unused goods (right to unilateral termination of the contract)
- You have the right within 14 days from the day of delivery of the product purchased at a distance to unilaterally terminate the contract without giving a reason.
- In order to exercise your right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement, please inform us of your decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement before the expiration of the deadline by an unambiguous statement sent by email to reklamacije@wmc.com.hr , in which you will state the name and surname of the person to whom the order is addressed, contact telephone number, order number and account number to which the money should be refunded.
- The deadline for unilateral termination is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, i.e. from the day when the goods that are the subject of the contract are delivered to the consumer.
- The deadline for returning goods from the moment of termination of the contract is 10 working days.
- The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods.
- The returned item must be in its original packaging (it is possible to peel off the protective tape on the box to check the furniture)
- The returned item must not have been previously assembled (except in the case of damage or malfunction)
- The product must be intact.
- The goods have not been previously used (stickers and protective films are intact)
- This item does not apply if the product is defective.
- The returned item must be in the same condition as it was received.
- Refunds are made exclusively to the client’s bank account in the name of the returned goods. If the order was made to a company, we will refund funds exclusively to the account of the said company. Refunds of money and goods are made exclusively in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
Liability for material defects
The seller is liable for material defects of the product in accordance with the Civil Obligations Act (Articles 400-422).
Complaints
In case of any irregularities or damage, you can send us pictures of them via e-mail to reklamacije@wmc.com.hr so that we can determine exactly where the irregularity is and take further steps to eliminate it as soon as possible. We will replace the damaged parts with correct ones or refund the money and goods. In case of any questions or uncertainties, you can contact us via e-mail.
If you notice an irregularity or defect in the product, in order to exercise the right to claim liability for material defects, you must notify the retailer within two months of the day you discovered the defect.
24 months quality guarantee
Each product from the website has its own declaration with general features described in the items. Along with the declaration, you also receive the manufacturer’s warranty, terms of use, other terms and conditions, and descriptions of the goods. The warranty does not apply to all products purchased from WMC doo When purchasing any product, we recommend that you review them.
Warranty validity conditions:
- The product must be assembled following the furniture installation instructions.
- The product may only be used for its intended purpose.
- The warranty does not apply to consumables such as: sisal, jute, hemp or textiles
- The warranty applies to manufacturing or delivery defects in product quality.
The buyer loses the right to the warranty in the following cases:
- If the product is damaged through the fault of the buyer
- If the product is damaged due to force majeureIf
- these are signs of wear typical of the product
- When using and handling the product for purposes other than intended
- If the product has worn out prematurely due to improper assembly and installation
- If the buyer has not followed the instructions for use and care stated in the instructions for use and care
- If the customer has modified or treated the product unprofessionally
- If the product is exposed to inappropriate weather conditions (cold, heat, humidity, etc.)
- If the product is physically damaged
- If the product is worn out due to its use
- If the product is damaged due to improper handling (damage caused by sharp objects, bending, pressing, falling, etc.)
Instructions for use
- The product must be assembled according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- The product must be at least 100 cm away from heat sources and protected by thermal insulation. The product has the function of providing accommodation for pets and its use must not be used for excessive load.
- Textile products should be cleaned and protected with products intended and appropriate for the maintenance of such materials.
- To clean parts made of wood, use a soft cloth and products intended for cleaning wooden furniture.
- For chrome furniture parts, use products intended for cleaning chrome surfaces.
- When moving the product, ensure that there are enough people present and do not drag the furniture across the floor.
- The floor must be flat, and if you notice any irregularities, be sure to support the base of the product to prevent it from swaying and damaging the floor coverings.
